What this meant was that Duncan wanted to help someone so he was offering lady Macbeth help, but little did he know is that Lady Macbeth was lying about being she was actually plotting to kill him. What Duncan thinks this symbolizes is friendship.

What this meant was that the twins were standing together. They are always together, they are not like Lady Macbeth and Duncan, they always stick together. Which symbolizes closeness.
Which ne'er shook hands.- Act I scene II- Sergeant
The Captain saved Malcom from being captured. Macbeth went through to get to him. He didn’t even have time to say good-bye or shake hand before Macbeth split him. This scene symbolizes care for another person and a very close relationship.
The handle toward my hand?; Act II Scene 1- Macbeth
Macbeth is talking to himself in front of a mirror comparing an imaginary sword to the real one, saying how the imaginary sword looks real like the handle of the sword in his hand. This scene symbolizes him thinking out loud about what he is going to do after he is speaking out loud in front of a mirror to himself.
Looking at his hands; Act II Scene I- Macbeth
Macbeth is not speaking in this scene but he is looking down at his hands after he has murdered analyzing what he just has done by replaying what he has done to someone in the chamber. What this act symbolizes is thought and confusion about what Macbeth has done, if it wrong or right.
As they had seen me with these hangman's hands.; Act II Scene II- Macbeth
What happened in this scene is that when Macbeth was standing they saw him with bloody hands which was "hangman" hands. This was after Macbeth has killed someone.
