Text and Subject

There are quite a few cases that making an indirect approach is a better choice than being direct.
 An example of saying an indirect approach is:
If someone wanted to see my class work that they missed and I did not feel like going to my locker to get the class work. What I would say is My notes do not have the information you want, I wrote it in a way that I could only understand. That way is better because then I don't have to get up and I am not really lying.
